Counter service restaurants

Does anyone know what time counter service restaurants like Colonal Hathis or Pizzeria Belle Notte will close on a Saturday night when the park is open till 9?

I really don't know - I was very confused when we were there in March on the Saturday evening, park closed at 9pm, and we couldn't get a meal at Toad Hall at 5.30pm because they were closing. We did eat at Colonel Hathi's that evening, at around 6pm, and it was showing no signs of closing up at that time.
