I have gone through a bunch of the menu's on the sticky and noticed that on almost all of the counter service they do not have kids meals or Milk as an option under drinks.

Now the kids meals we can do without BUT we have a 2 year old that will not be a happy camper without his milk ..

Can anyone confirm you can buy milk from the counter servcie (Fast Food) places :confused3

DAN

We have gotten it at Circus McG. and Blondies - not sure of other places

Cool ... Thanks

I assume they must have milk at all of them ,, Maybe it is just not listed or shown in the pics.

They all have kids options and they are different from restaurant to restaurant. The options are NOT posted and you have to ask. It is very inconvenient and obnoxious IMHO. As far as I know, milk is available at all counter service locations.

US has the WORST counter service in both quality, cleanliness and service of all of the Orlando area theme parks (including Tampa)

Do yourself a favor and eat at citywalk....

The counter service places that actually serve meals have milk. The snacky stands that sell pretzels, churros, hot dogs and stuff like that don't necessarily.

I've never had an issue with park food. Mythos is one of my favourite restaurants anywhere.

Thanks for the tip :)

We will def do most of our suppers at City Walk .. I am excited to try the Nascar place ... But for a quick bite to eat for lunches we were planning on eating at the quick take outs for dogs or burgers kinda thing .. We are not to picky as long as it is cooked (So we don't get sick) and it tastes sort of what it suppose to (lol) ;)

Breakfast we are going to do at our hotel room as we have a full kitchen ... We will probably bring a bag of snacks for the kids as well as mine are pretty picky about what they eat and do not try new foods easily.

OK cool ... As long as we can stop and refill his bottle every now and then we are good.

I was just worried for a minute as it is not shown on the menu's and I found that wierd.

I figured they would have more than pop to serve (Sorry Soda in the USA, :rotfl2: ) as my kids have never had any pop as we try to keep them on water, milk and some juices :thumbsup2

I've seen milk on quite a few of the menus in the photos but a lot of those photos are just of cart service and not just counter service, so it is a bit misleading. You shouldn't have any problem. If the place has indoor seating, they tend to have milk. Sometimes, the beverage menu was separate and not photographed.

And pop is way better than soda!!!! lol!

Nope...Disney is by the worst I've seen around the Orlando area and SW is a close second. I've gone to Universal/IOA more times than I can count and have had issues maybe two or three times with the counter service restaurants. Those were International Food & Film Festival at the Studios and Circus McGurkus Cafe Stoo-pendous at IOA. I don't even eat at Disney any longer due to the bad experiences I've had there over the years at all parks. The hotel meals aren't too bad but they aren't cheap and because you have to plan your meals eight in advance, you can never get a table so I rarely stay for onsite meals.

We've found some bad food particularly at the Studios but there are some great places too. I disagree. :confused3

We've had a couple of less than stellar meals. Particularly at Mel's diner. The hamburger was tasteless...much like the burgers at Cosmic Ray's at MK. That's the only one I would avoid.
