Are the stands in epcot count like japan and mexico etc I know these are counter service places? France etc

Check the "everything you always wanted to know" sticky thread at the top of this page. It has a link to the brochure which lists the CS restaurants included in the plan. The counter service restaurants in Mexico and Japan are included, as are the bakery in France.

Kiosks and stands are not included for CS credits, but snack credits can be used at some of them.
