Counter service menus???

Okay so I have all my TS reservations made and I went to the listings of Participating Disney Dining Plan Restaurants, looking at all the counter services spots to eat...my question is how do you know what you can order off these menus for a CS meal? Or can you order anything off the menus at these listed resturants? Thanks

Been twice on DDP and whatever is on the menu is fair game as long as they participate in the program!

Okay so say for instance we went to the electric umbrella for a counter service meal, do we get an appatizer, entree , dessert and drink or just a entree? It would seem like if we got apatizers, meal and desserts that would be more like a table service? Sorry this is all new for me and I dont want to be compleatly dumb when it comes to ordering. Thanks

At CS you get entree, beverage and dessert. No appetizer. Here's a link with more info:
