If that is gas station quality chicken, then what is "better"? Seriously, their chicken is crispy, seasoned well (although I could always go for a bit spicier, but I understand they have to go with a balance) and juicy. Not sure what else you could want, although if it isn't crispy enough for you, then Flo V8's Cafe is pretty much the same recipe, but their chicken is crispier for some reason. If you want spicier, there is the Chicken Shack at Paradise Pier, but these are drumsticks only and has a set side (can't remember what it is right now).
