Counter Service Favorites

We're on the dining plan for our next trip and I want to know which counter services are best for each park. I've read what tgm thinks but I want to know what all you guys think!

Magic Kingdom - Cosmic Ray or Pecos Bill
Epcot - Sunshine Seasons (in The Land)
DHS - ummmm, none, really.... maybe Pizza Planet??
Animal Kingdom - Flame Tree BBQ
Downtown Dis - Wolfgang Puck Express or Earl of Sandwich

I grab a hot dog and kraut every time at the MK. At Epcot orange chicken at China.

Cosmic Rays...love the show.

Or Peco's Bills....if you can get a table outside. It's nicely fenced in and slightly covered so you enjoy the outdoors and can people watch but don't feel like your being watched.

EP - Tangerine Cafe, Sunshine Seasons, DH likes Yakatori House & lotus blossom cafe

AK - Flame Tree BBQ, DH loves honey chicken at Anandapur local Cafe

HS - Starring rolls - their sandwiches are yummy

DTD - Not officially CS, but Ghirardelli - Oh Yah!

DHS - no favorite...usually grab something from ABC
AK - Yak and Yeti CS

I'll preface my recommendations by telling you that our taste for food is very much pedestrian. We regularly eat at fast food places, and chain restaurants, and avoid what is often considered "fine dining" like the plague.

Our favorites include

MK: Peco's Bill, Cosmic Rays (they offer a wide selection, and the entertainment is pretty cool) and Columbia Harbour house (I love the fish and chips)

Epcot: AVOID the Electric Umbrella! We like Sunshine Seasons, and the Yorkshire County Fish Shop.

AK: Absolutely the Flame Tree BBQ

DHS: The only counter service we've tried is the Studio Catering Company, and we enjoyed it very much.

Tangierine Cafe is my favorite in all of the parks. We also like Flame Tree BBQ and Columbia Harbor House. At DTD, WPE and Earl of Sandwich are both pretty good.

Let me preface this by saying I have not tried all of the CS places but out of the ones we have tried:

MK - Columbia Harbour House (thought Cosmic Ray's was too loud)
Epcot - Sunshine Seasons in the Land
DHS - only ever been to Pizza Planet and it was good
AK - never did CS here but really liked Tusker House (better than Boma in our opinion)

We love Sunshine Seasons. On our trip last week, we tried Tangierine Cafe and it was really yummy! It may be our new favorite

Another vote for Flame Tree Barbeque at AK. The ribs are great and the outdoor dining pavilions with a view of Mt. Everest are beautiful.

what is your resort, the resort food courts are not created equal either.

Love cosmic rays--great selection for a family who can't decide what they want to eat. Also, the pirate and the parrot near POTC. Seasonal but great, and nearby to pecos bill, if you still can't decide what to get.(love having choices!)

EPCOT: Sunshine Season,mostly for the variety,also Yakitori house,Kringla bakery and Boulangerie Patisserie even if most of what they offer are pastries.
DHS:ABC Commissary and Studio Catering Company
AK:Flame Tree BBQ and Pizzafari
DTD:Earl of Sandwich
