Counter Service Drinks

When you order a meal at a counter service restaurant are the drinks refillable?

Some yes and most no! Most places they fill the cup behind the counter and thats it. However at SunShine seasons in epcot its open and I asked the CM at the checkout last trip if we were allowed to refill, and the CM said yes. Now this might have just been a CM being nice, because Im not sure of any other CS place that allows you to refill!



A trick tho! I learned here on the boards and it WORKS, ask for a LARGE soda with your counter service. The DP doesn't discriminate between reg and large sodas so if you ask for a large you get a large! So nice, we would pour the extra soda and ice into our resort mug and carry it around to save money! I have done this at a number of CS places and every CM did it without question.

I recall from last year the Backlot Express (DHS) had the drinks near the fixin' bar.

Electric Umbrella at EPCOT also has a drink station where you fill your own cup. I don't think there is any rule against refills.
