counter service breakfasts in the parks?

We like to get out early and head for the parks. I was wondering if any counter service restaurants offer breakfast? I know that you can use the counter service(on the dining plan) at the resorts food court for breakfast. I notice that most of the counter service restaurants open at 11am for lunch.

We used our snacks credits to purchase a "breakfast" of fresh fruit at a stand in AK after the safari ride and paid out of pocket for coffee. I know not really a meal but it was exactly what my family wanted at the time.

Epcot = Electric Umbrella

Those are the only two counter service breakfast locations in parks that I can think of

Main St. Bakery at MK is open for breakfast and is a counter service place. But it is usually lined way out the door in the morning as it offers so many yummy things and because it's the only CS breakfast place in MK (that I know of).
