Counter service - best time to eat

I'm in WDW during the last two weeks of August and wondered when the best times to go to a counter service restaurants in the parks for minimal lines. Would it be before lunchtime or after?

OMHO, ll-ll:30 is the quietest time for counter service. Then again at midafternoon.

noon to l p.m. is nuts in the summer.

I second the 11 or 11:30 timeframe. We go in July and this is when we eat and usually never have a problem with getting a table. Definitely avoid the 12 - 1 time.
