Glad you joined us! We are enjoying living here....Queens is such a great place. Everyday Joe and I talk about how much we love our neighborhood too. We might not ever move away from this apartment either...our landlady is so nice and we found out her son is building a deck on top the garage next summer!

Anyway...ooooh, the Beach Club! That is on our list as well, and I have a feeling after our stay at the BWI it's going to get higher. I am thinking we are going to LOVE staying in the Epcot area! That walking distance is sooooo nice...plus the little boats. I just love it!

I won't be doing a live TR, I might check-in here once or twice during the trip...but I WILL be updating live on Facebook - PM me and I'll send you my name if you want to follow along!

So glad you are enjoying your new home NYC certainly does have a lot to offer. I live so close and don't really take advantage of it as much as I should.

I am really looking forward to staying at the Beach Club, mostly to be within walking distance to Epcot for the Food & Wine Festival, my favorite event at the World! I own DVC at AKV so at 7 months I changed to Boardwalk (I didn't really care if it was Boardwalk or Beach Club, just wanted to be in that area) and then I wait listed for Beach Club just to see what happened. Well in about 3 weeks my wait list had come through. I had some serious pixie dust! I definitely want to stay at the Boardwalk too so I am looking forward to your review of it I also have friends staying there later in September.

Also, I wanted to say happy birthday to Henry! He is absolutely adorable and I can't believe how big he has gotten! Hope you have a fun birthday celebration tomorrow and continue to celebrate in Disney. Still hoping Earl doesn't interfere with any of your plans

It's almost 9:00 and Henry and I have had a lazy morning.

Nice birthday gift for Mommy too!

I'm about to go face the day, have my second cup of coffee and get ready to take Henry to the zoo. The cake was baked and decorated last night, decorations hung in the living room, this special day has been planned...

Today means my little man is 3 years old.

I can hardly believe he is three. Everyday he surprises me with new words and abilities. Gone is the baby, here is my little boy. And while part of me mourns as he grows older, most of me REJOICES at who he has become. He is a wonderful child that can make any grumpy person smile. He's a goof, he's a sweetie, he's a blessing.

I can remember being in the hospital, awaiting his arrival, wondering what he would be like...what would he look like? What would his personality be? It's all better than I could have dreamed of. I am excited for what the next year holds for Henry and our family.

Happy Birthday Little Boy Henry. I love you to the moon AND BACK!



Thank you for all the birthday wishes for him, I just showed them all to him and he was shouting out at all the characters. Tim, he was VERY excited to see "Piderman!" on yours.

I do plan to get back on later today/tonight for replies and an update!
