Countdown to reunion October 6th!!!!

I am staying at the Pop Century early October. Does anyone have any pointers on the best rooms to ask for that are closest to the front desk. Any other advice for me as it's my first family trip to Disney (been many times before having a family).

Also I am meeting a group of friends that I work on the Magic with 10 yrs ago!!! Can't wait to see them!!!
