countdown "to do" list

I found a list like this somewhere with things to do before your trip. Like having the post office hold your mail or arranging boarding for the dog, etc.
Does anyone know where to find one?

Try "touringguide.com"...I believe there were lost of countdown lists available in the planning section...Good luck!

Can't seem to find the website you mentioned. If you meant touringplans.com, I tried there and can't find the list I was looking for.
