To anyone new to my family's adventure: WELCOME! To learn a little about us/ where our Disney obsession began, please read my PTR July 2010. If you want to see Disney photos, check out my trip reports.

So Dis friends, today marks four months until we load up and pull out to drive to Disney! Four looonnnngggg months. April. May. June. July.

Top Ten ways to manage the wait (in an order that makes sense to me?!)

10. Finish creating a trip plan for my dear friend's May trip
9. Disney Fridays at school (play theme park tunes at the beginning of class)
8. Window shop at DisneyStore.com and visit the Disney store at least once a month to chat about WDW with a CM
7. Enjoy being an aunt
6. zzzzzzz (okay, this was my cat's addition. No, seriously, he walked on the keyboard and typed the z's.)
5. Shuttle to and cheer at gymnastics practice, soccer practice and soccer games
4. Grade papers until mid-June
3. Sit poolside chatting about Disney with the local stay at home moms (when not listening to a Disney Podcast.)
2. Create a trip binder by discussing all things Disney with DDs and DH
1. Spend time on the Dis with fellow friends waiting for their next trip or reliving their last trip!

Loving your 1st post and can't wait to read more. I am definatly there with you on a lot of your list. I think the main reason I joined the DIS is to talk to other people about Disney and not have them role there eyes at me.:lmao:
I think I actualy go to the Disney Store to much, is it a bad sign that a few of the CM's know my name and have offered me a job during Christmas?:rotfl2:

:welcome: I do have a couple of friends who love Disney too, but I think I am so over the top some times! :rolleyes1

I would be at the Disney Store quite often if it was at my local mall (5 minutes away). Instead, it is at the "big" mall - King of Prussia - apparently, the largest on the East Coast- which is 25 minutes away.

PS - I think it is great that they know you by name!

Hello :cutie: Please make sure to add in any comments to help me make my two nine year olds extra happy. (If you can remember that long ago...hehe.)

Something that I thought you'd appreciate is that one of my students used the magnets on my board to make a hidden Mickey. Now all of the magnets are hidden Mickeys. The other day, sometime during class, a girl grouped some and wrote "Mickey Mouse Clubhouse." Don't you wish you were in my class? :rotfl2:

I'm here!! Sounds like a great plan to pass the time!

Thanks! I have to check in on your trips! Have you heard about your praxis?

I'm here, Debby!!! Love your top ten ways to spend time waiting until your next trip! :goodvibes

Thank you! The girls' first soccer game is Sunday...how is your team/ are they still in season? popcorn::

Hello! :flower3:
Every time the computer is open, one of my two kittens (they are a year and a half, but I still call them kittens :confused3) walks straight across the keys.

Hey Debby...I'm hear and can't wait to hear all about your plans...can't believe we're going to miss you guys be a couple of weeks :sad1:

Can't wait to read morepopcorn::

I have not heard yet..I get the results on Tues..eek!!! It will be a good day or bad day and I pray it will be a good day!!!!

I have been super excited for the release of Tangled, and I stopped at Target on my way home and picked it up! They had the blu-ray set for $19.99, and my girlfriend gave me a $5.00 off coupon! :cool1: (BTW- I will be prepared when we have a blu-ray player - hehe.)

I also picked up some goodies (my girls can't eat popcorn due to braces.)

See those glasses??? Here's a better look...

I made a special stroll to see if Target had any Disney housewares, and I found these on the clearance endcap! They were only....

wait for it...

.74 each! I didn't love the angry Mickey, but the kissing Mickey and Minnie made up for it! (The price didn't hurt either. :lmao:)

Emma and I set up our candy buffet by using little bowls so everyone could share during the film...

The movie was wonderful, again, and dh chuckled at Max and Pasquel as I thought he would.

I too am sad we will just miss each other! It seems that I am going to miss everyone by only weeks! Just another reason to plan more trips. :goodvibes

I have not heard yet..I get the results on Tues..eek!!! It will be a good day or bad day and I pray it will be a good day!!!!

I will be praying for you for good news on Tuesday!!!

What a great night!!!

I ate popcorn when I had braces..shh don't tell haha. The candy is great option though! I bought Tangled on Tues and watched it after work! I was going to show it to the kids on Wed, went to put it in, and noticed it was rated PG (We can only show G at the center) After calming down a crying child..yes way to go Ms. Megan for making promises and not check ratings, we put Hercules in instead which they seemed to enjoy.

I love the glasses! My mom bought me the party mickey head bowls for my birthday! I got a ton of mickey glasswear for Xmas which is packed away now!

Well actually my younger sister is also nine! :goodvibes She'll be turning ten in mid-May though and she just can't wait to be "double digits." :cheer2: So I will more than likely have comments!

By the way, your girls look super cute with braces! They can be hard to pull off sometimes but they look really good on them! :thumbsup2

I soo wish I was in your class! I'm so jealous I wish my teachers would get it when I do stuff like that! But they don't...:sad2: But they all know I'm Disney-obsessed because I go to a private school and whenever we have "dress down days" I ALWAYS wear a different Disney shirt or sweatshirt, and I tend to make random connections to Disney in almost all of my classes...they all just roll their eyes usually...:upsidedow But one teacher who teaches 9th grade Global is a HUGEE Disney fanatic, and Jess and I always talk to him about it. He even gave me his lanyard with all his pins today and explained each of them and their significance and told me to go find Jess and show her it. :lovestruc He is SO precious. :) He even sang "Lida Rose" from "The Music Man" with the Dapper Dans on Main Street this past August, which basically completed his life. So some people do understand at my school, and I've been noticing more and more Disney paraphenalia being worn on dress down days lately...so it IS catching on!! :woohoo: But enough of my tangents. :rotfl:

By the way, what are your dates for August?? Probably right in between my July and August trips. :headache:

Your Tangled night looks like a lot of fun! I think a copy of the movie will find its way into the Easter baskets this year.

I have one of those glasses from Target! One of my parents gave it to me filled with candy! It makes me smile every time I see it. :goodvibes

Our soccer season ended on Wednesday. I am kind of glad it is over -- I am exhausted.

I'm here to count along with you, now going back to read up.

I have no clue where I followed from, but I'm looking forward to hearing about your trip!

Your Tangled movie night looks fun! I should start making my family do theme nights, even if we are all about 18. :rotfl: They have to go along with my Disney obsession sometimes.

Also, your Disney music Friday is so fun! I will have to borrow that idea for my future classroom! If you have any other hidden Disney trick for your class, you'll have to let me know! :thumbsup2

Can't wait to read more!
