Countdown Calendars

DD would like to make a countdown calendar to show when her Bubba is coming home for Christmas. I'd also like to do another one for Christmas.

Any ideas on designs or how to make one.

for a real life person...for DD(4)...something fun that she can see everyday....

What about a Christmas tree with windows? It's not very hard if you help her. She can open 1 window a day until it gets to the Special day

or a Christmas ornament ball? This way she can make it herself..

Or a Tree and add an ornament each day?


Things like that?
Simple easy Paper, Glue, scissors, maybe glitter and stickers
