Countdown at end of message!

I'm new to this website, but really enjoy what I see. It makes me want to leave St. Louis and head down to Florida right now! But I will get there soon enough!

My question is this: How do you put those "Countdown" tags at the end of your message? I would love to see that at the end of my messages!
