Best thing I've found is a Disney Vacation Countdown widget. That is also the name in the Play Store

I did some searching in the play store, and there are plenty of countdown apps, but I didn't find any specific Disney ones.

I did a search and nothing came up with that name. I did find one called Disney World Countdown, but it had a lot of poor reviews.

I use the one simply called "Countdown Widget". You can select different options for style and title. It works great and nice to see those days reduced each day!
