To celebrate, I am going shopping!!!


It way to hot and the malls airconditioning are much cooler than mine. DD5 needs some extra summer clothes for the trip, she's growing like a weed, and I'm on a bargain hunt!

Just did online check-in (which was much less of a thrill than I had hoped for, I was done in 3 minutes flat). but........

we have 9 more days to wait!!!

My family and I will be there Aug 16th - 23th. I envy all of you who can stay on property we just couldn't swing that this trip. Staying offsite at Quality Inn Plaza. At least we'll be close to Universal because I am really looking forward to WWHP.

Too funny! Disney Store has a friends and family sale this weekend with 20% off. I guess they were advertising their fall merchandise will be out but I'm not sure?

My countdown calendar says 28 more days! And we received our information from the Mouse today in the mail! It's officially crunch time for the Disney vacation now. Yahoo! Can't wait.

Found two very cute blue Tinkerbell tank dresses for my girls at the Disney Store. They were each 7.99 and they are just too stinking cute! Didn't see anything about an upcoming sale.

Got lots of cute outfits for them at Old Navy, plus their annual shirts were 2.50 each.

Payless summer sandals are decently priced. Some 3.00 and some are 5.00.

Feel, much much better now.

Why is it? Every vacation I think I'm going to spend the last week just reading posts on Disboards and getting more excited. BUT ... every year there's always so much that needs to be done "before vacation" and I'm scrambling to get the projects done! Same this year as all the past. Will be lucky if I don't get started with the packing until the day before . Summers are just waaaaay to short and then you arrive at WDW and time really goes into "warp speed"! Less than 3 weeks left and here we goooooooo.................

Got my luggage tags today Wasn't sure if we'd get them this year, since we're driving, but we got them!

It was kind of funny actually, because I keep telling the kids that "maybe we'll go back this year if you REALLY want to" and they keep yelling, "yes, we REALLY want to". Just kind of teasing them...then the tags came today, and my DS5 said, "see Mom, we're going for sure now!"

Good for you! I haven't even started making my packing lists yet or bought anything!! This summer is going by so fast, and we've been so busy...oldest DS's birthday is on Sunday (he'll be a teenager ) hopefully it will settle down after that and I can get myself on track. Hard to believe it's less than 5 weeks away now
