Count Down To Disney: HELP!

Hey Every one! I have a couple of things:
#1- How do you get the CountDown to Disney or whatever you are counting down to at the end of your posts (maybe its your signature?) Someone Please Help!

#2- i am going with my family...my WHOLE family which consists of 21 aunts, uncles, cousins, sisters, brothers, grandparents and all...and i need some advice on how to deal with everyone! haha..well not really, but what happens when everyone wants to do diffrent things? I know you can split up, But being one of the oldest kids there (im a teenager) I'll always have to take care or watch all of the little kids (well not all of them!) which should be a hassle (they range from ages 3-12) and what should i do if they ALL want to go on a diffrent ride? HELP!
