Just bought an add on for 50pts at Animal Kingdom and learned a few things.
Until the 15th of January when the pricing changes the current incentive for 50 to 99pts is $8 off per point. No developer points.
If you add on for 100+pts it's $8 off per point plus a matching set of developer points.
Also found it interesting that there were no points available for a 2008 October use year at Animal Kingdom. The guide said he had points available in every other use year but 08 was gone so I couldn't get and points to use in 08. Not a big deal as I didn't plan on needing any more points until December '09 anyway.
Also kinda neat was that I spoke to the guide and put my deposit down at about 1PM. By 4PM the points showed up on the website and by 4:15 I had a reservation for December.
