My family won't let me live this down. On our last trip Goofy's Barnstormer was too much for me - I am such a wimp!:scared1: I thought it would be no big deal - afterall there were 2 year olds who seemed to be loving it. The best thing that I can say about it was that it was a short ride. After that I wouldn't ride anything more adventurous than the monorail.

Anyone else out there or I am Queen of the WDW wimps?

Barnstormer bothers me much more than BTMRR!!! THe other one is Primeval Whirl. That one just does me in.

THE WAIT at Barnstormer kills me! Too long for a quick little ride but my boys love to go on!

Count me in - one of the biggest ride wimps out there! I got sick from the Woody Woodpecker coaster at Universal(or is it islands?) My kids laughed so hard! I have pretty much become the official junk holder. They find me a place to sit, and then load me up- backpacks, cameras, waterbottles, you name it!

Maybe I'll give BTMRR a try (after watching it awhile, that is). I will be sure to not even attempt Primeval Whirl.

Horizons16 - look at it this way. More people like me at WDW means shorter lines at the "fun" rides. :teeth:

DisneyFreak43 - Me too! Sometimes I feel like the family pack animal.

BTMRR is one of my favorite and I like Primevial Whirl, but for some reason Barnstormer and Space Mountain freek me out. I'm planning on giving Barnstormer another try on my next trip (won't go back to Space) so maybe it won't be as bad as I though.

I was scared when I went on and when it first started I thought I was going to die! But I finally got used to it and I would do it again. Now, the other rollercoasters are another story - I won't get on those.

ITs different with everyone, and what you are used to.

Barnstormeer was my kids favorite when they were 2/3.
At four, my son (a very tall four) went on Rock n Roller... and he was fine!

My daughter can't wait to ride RnR !

Can someone tell me what the Barnstormer is like and where it is? I'm not familiar with this ride, but might like to try it. How long has it been around?

You are not alone! I am a ride wimp also!

DH rides the roller coasters by himself while I wait! He doesnt mind it though, he usually does the singles line and gets on quick.

Barnstormer is in Mickeys ToonTown Fair in MK. Of course, I have never been on it but it looks cute!

Have fun!

Whew! Thought it was just me! It went too fast and bumpy for me. I'd rather ride BTMRR or Splash. I guess these old bones just don't handle what I feel (literallY) is jerkiness, whipping me around. Splash is actually restfull,, after you come down the mountain, you bob in the water.

Barnstormer looks cute and it's not very high so it should be no problem for adults. I hated it. I always feel like I'm going to fall out of roller coasters and this one was no exception. I told the kids that I will go on BTMR this time, but I really don't want to and I will not enjoy it, plus with my eyes closed, I won't get to see the theming.

This is in Toontown, you can spot it by the big red barn, if I remember right, (someone correct me if I'm wrong) but its near the Donald Boat by the train station. It's supposed to be a kiddie rollercoaster but it is quite fast. I think its because it doesn't feel secure (since it is a kiddie ride, adults feel like they are going to fall out, at least I did), and it takes the curves very fast, but its also over very fast. I personally liked it but one of my favorite rides is Rock N' Rollercoaster! But, I have to agree with Primeval Whirl, its very rough to be considered a "kiddie ride," it whips you around a lot and since I do have a bad back, it was uncomfortable for me.

You are not a wimp! I hated it! It was bumpy and jerky and I was very uncomfortable. I would ride Splash Mountain all day if I could but no more Barnstormer. :(
