Couldn't Get CBR w/code

Does anyone know why? I called was on hold 20 minutes CM said I could have a king with the code. I called back was on hold for an hour and same thing. Has this ever happened before? Thanks...

I was told the same thing. I am not sure if there are no more discounted rooms left or if they are just not making them available at all with the discount. I am keeping my ressie with the AAA discount because I promised DS12 that we would stay there.

I could not get CBR for June 4-14 either.
We had an existing ressie for AAA rate of $136 inc. tx.
But she said there was no availability using either the room only or the AP code for our time frame.
So we switched to CSR and saved $535 !!!!!

CSR is MY favorite, and CBR is DH favorite. So DH will just have to deal with the fact we saved $535.......I don't think he will complain!

I just got off the phone, too. Had a ressie with AAA for $136 and could not get the AP rate. They only had king rooms available. So I switched to POFQ and got the AP rate of $74 per night.

For us, a room is a room! We love them all. Just wanna go to WDW!

Just a thought....
We had ressies (no discounts) already for May21-28. When I called I was told the same thing - only King beds. I called back 3 times trying different ways to call. First time I called I asked for the DV 4/7 deal and they said only King beds. Next time I called I didn't even mention I had a booked ressie already....same answer. Next time I asked about the deal, the same thing...King bed, I said "What if I already have a room, couldn't I use the code on that room?....He checked with a 'Super' and I got it!
So....don't quit!!!! Its been 2 weeks and all the rooms may be just 'King', but if you already had ressies, I might would keep trying!

I also called back after being told there were no discounted rooms at CBR except king beds. I asked if I could apply the discount to my AAA ressie that I already had, and was still told no, there were no rooms with the discount.
