Couldnt Book The Poly With Fall Room Discount, Nothing Available ???

I just tried to book the Poly with the new fall room discount that just came out for the week of October 14th. Nothing was available except the suites ??
I just checked last night online to see if I could get this for a garden view in case the room discount came out and there was everything available ?
Are they not giving the room discount on the Poly except for the suites or what is going on ? Thanks for any help

We have the Poly booked with free dining 11/24-12/1 garden view. I tried with 30% offer and only shows availability for lagoon view club level.

I'm okay with this as free dining for 4 pp saves more $ than garden view 30% off but it does appear that there is limited availability with the room discount.

Maybe it was already a high booking week. Aren't some schools off around that time for fall break? That could be the issue.

We booked for the very last week in Oct and there was availability, but we wanted a CL room so that probably helped.

No it hadnt been booked up because I have checked off and on and everything has always been available for October 14-19. I just checked last night and everything was available ?

I tried to book 2 nights 10/12-10/14 at the Poly at 8am and the only discounted rooms available were club level and cost $300 more per night than what I ended up booking at the Beach Club.

Just because there is general availability at rack rate doesn't mean all of those rooms are available at a discount. In my experience, the number of discounted rooms at the Poly is very limited.

Maryj, you may want to check again!! I just rechecked and now standard rooms at the Poly are available for our dates at a discounted rate. It's still $50 per night more that our BC room, so I am not sure we'll change ours. Good luck on your dates!

I was able to book 2 garden view rooms for 4 nights, 12/8-12/12 at the discounted rates (25% off for 12/8 & 12/9 and 30% off for 12/10 % 12/11).

This morning I booked 4 nights Poly GV Thu Oct 25-Sun Oct 28
(Thu-Sat were discounted 25%; Sun was discounted 30%).

I just went in to check on Wed Oct 24 because we were considering flying in that night but there was nothing available. The only alternate provided was the Cabins at Fort Wilderness.

No it is still not available When I get to October 18 th is where the trouble is. Everything before that is available.

Maybe consider a split stay?? This way you'll get a few days in the Poly and then another few days somewhere else?? Good luck!!

Yeah I was trying to figure up a split stay, hoping to have the Poly as my last resort before leaving but that doesnt look like that will work.

Nothing available on the RO for the Poly for 11/7-11/12
Did get a AAA discount but that's it.
Oh well, just grateful to be able to go- can't wait
