this is a picnic compared to those.

I have ridden Big Shot and High Roller too. Haven't been to Vegas since Xscream opened - but hope to do them both in one trip up the tower. The Stratosphere has been trying for years to build a coaster up and down the side of the tower. The local residents won't go for it because of the noise. So this new ride was the compromise, I think.

Screams from Big Shot can be heard miles away.

Unless I was on the Amazing Race or some other show that I could win $1million dollars--I'm not sure I would ride these.

I got scared in the elevator going up the REAL Eiffel Tower in Paris.

NO!! First of all I would throw up from all the spinning but hanging off the side of a building like that... I don't think so. Actually the thought of the X-Scream scares me more.

I don't know, if you ask me, X-scream looks more scary then Insanity!

I would try Insanity, but X-scream would be a huge no!! LOL That looks too intense!!

You ride this rollercoaster type boat. Get strapped in tight. Then it hurls you off the ledge (over 30 feet over the ledge). Then it drops you so you face the ground. You then get sucked back to the original position, then shot again out. You stop at the last second, then get jiggled around and dropped several times, thinking like you're going to fall.

Of course, being so high up is what makes it scary.

we were in the front seat, which makes the angle and acceleration that much worse.

Oh my. You gotta wonder what dumb-you-know-what was the first person to test that ride out.
