This is actually Kim’s husband taking over her account tonight to ask a quick question. In December we have a family vacation planned with all of our kids meeting us at CC. However, my son and I have one extra day off and will get there 1 day before everyone else arrives. By the time we figured this out there was not an option to add on an extra day at CC. So, we will be at OKW for one night.
Would Disney allow us to go straight to CC from the airport and drop our bags at Bell Services (just keeping what we need in our backpacks) even if our reservation there doesn’t start until the next day? We could then ride a bus to DS or catch one at MK straight to OKW. That would be better than having to deal with luggage the next day when we move resorts. (Well…at least in my opinion)

I don't think there would be a problem with your plan, however, it would be even simplier to just go to OKW with your luggage, drop it to bell services there and ask them to transfer it to CCV for you. You can do this the day you arrive or the next morning. Luggage will be waiting for you at CCV the next day after 4pm.

Disney's luggage transfer is super simple. I'd just do from OKW to CCV that vs planning a separate trip to CCV then back to OKW etc.

And did you waitlist for CCV? Lots of time for it to come thru so you might be able to stay there the whole time and not deal with a move.

Keep in mind that Disney is no longer providing the airport transfer, so you'd be booking with a third party who would take you wherever you wanted to go anyway. I don't think Bell Services would give you any hassle about storing the luggage for a night at CCV.
