Could this be right? Please help!

Hi! My husband is taking a team of college athletes to CSR and they have free dining. He booked through Dreams Unlimited and his agent said that the dining credits for the room can be separated between the key cards. This is what she wrote:

The room passes for each person will have their own dining credits on them. Each time they are used, the credit used will be deducted from each person's individually. They will each need to be sure they have them when going to eat or for their snack to use them for snack!

So, according to her, the credits for the room will be separated and each individual room key (for each of the three girls in a room) will have ONLY that person's dining credits on it, not the credits for everyone in the room. This would be ideal for his situation, but I have never heard of this. Anyone????

Not sure about how they have that set up for them. They usually have it worked out by the room. If you are 4 in the room and me dm uses that card to buy the snacks all the time well it will keep letting me do that till I run out. That would mean I use everybody else's snack to.
So I am guesing they must have a different setup for your kind if sitution.
If you don't feel good about this then call Disney directely and tell them what you were told and see what they say. Good Luck

Thanks for the response. I am not sure if this is something special that they are doing for his group. I have never heard of it! Maybe I will call and ask.

Am I able to get information about a reservation that was made by a travel agent?
