I called the number I had and took the email that was on the recording. I e-mailed Debbie about 3 weeks ago and have yet to get any kind of response. We leave in less than a month and I would really appreciate the correct info and any advice. I know this subject has been done to death so thanks so much!!!!!!!
 
I would give them another call to see if they can help you out especially since you're so close. Start there and see if there's any availability. If there is, they'll give you an email address to send everything to-that's how I did it anyways.

I'm not sure there is such an email. We've always just noted it when we made our dining reservations over the phone.
