Just curious do you regularly comunicate with your guide via email? My guide never answers emails. I read on the boards that Disney don't want guides comminicating via email.

Anyone else have experiance with this?

Generally DVC discourages guide contacting members by email, that way an innocent mistake in writing won't come back to haunt them.

Our guide point blank told us that the only email correspondence we will get from DVC at all is general sales promotions, but that we can't communicate with him through email, only by phone.
