So here is our situation.
My mom (cancer patient, affects her bones and joints) was granted DAS in July 2024. We are going again in March, which is within the 240 days.
We zoomed today with an agent that said that it was now 180 days and her DAS is no longer valid and she went on to say that it should not have been given in July, either.
So my questions are:
1. Is it 240 or 180 days?
2. If we had it in July, and it's 240 days, should we still have the pass?
3. And is it worth it to try again in a few days with a different cast member?
Just trying to understand all the changes and the rules of the new policy.
Thank you!
