Could someone explain web certificates please?

Hi all...hope it's a great day for you! I am glad to see some of you are getting some
rewards but boy, is it quiet around here!!...LOL. I was reading about
web certificates and was curious how they work...do you use them for purchasing online?
Could someone please take a minute to explain them to me??? Not that I am even
close to cashing out anywhere, but just in case I happen to hit the "magic" number
before the program is pulled, I would like to know what to do...hehehhe ( how is that
for optimism) . Thanks a bunch!

Webcertificates are prepaid mastercards. Go to their site www.webcertificate.com and check it out.

When you earn a webcertificate from blink, mypoints,beenz,etc., you'll get an email from that company with a link that allows you to deposit the amount of your webcert award into you webcertificate account. You can then use that money anywhere online that accepts mastercard up to the amount in your account. If you want to shop in a brick and mortar store (like Macys, Home Depot, Disney Store) you'll have to get the plastic webcertificate mastercard (costs $6.95) because they have to have the card to put through the charge machine.
