Could I Please Have a Snowday

Well--- tomorrow it's back to work and school. (I took 1 of my vacation weeks while ds was off). On top of it-- the last work/school day before the vacation was a "snow day"-- so it was a bit longer. Would I be too greedy if I begged for just 1 more snowday... . I feel like I need just 1 more day.
So, tonight I'm hoping for some miraculous snow storm to hit.

I would absolutely love another snow day...but I don't see any chance in the forecast this week.

They are calling for flurries tomorrow...hey, I would be thankful for a 2 hour early dismissal..which I'm sure won't happen.

We got a "wind" day or whatever its called the friday before vacation...we got to school and the power went out 5 minutes after we got inside, then they let us all go home at 10 A.M. hooorah!

but vacation still went by far to fast...I hope it blizzards tomorrow...COME ON NEW YORK! YOU CAN DO IT ONE MORE DAY!

We had that "wind day" too. Funny thing was by 9am it had really calmed down here. It got bad enough over night- but nothing like the originally called for.

I did wake up to about 3 inches of fresh new snow. Just enough that it was on the roads making the drive to work 1/3 of the way miserable-- but not enough to close school.
