Okay, I'm eating now. Do please continue to make sure I'm eating things, because I'll tend to get busy and let that slide. Drinking is no problem at all -- I think I probably went through 15 bottles of water alone yesterday as well as one sprite. I'm eating as much of a sandwich as I can right now, and a sprite.

Keep an eye on her and make her call her doctor for a tranquilizer to keep her anxiety down. Even a half of a Xanax can be a wonderful thing for her right now. Make sure she is talking to her clergy, too.
Tammi, Do make sure your mom talks to a trained professional! Pastors are a good source. They can explain to your mom all the different emotions she is going to experience as a result of your dad's death. Prayers for you and your mom!
I'm getting the second half now. I have to eat, but I also can't over-crowd my stomach or I'll be sick.
RU -- though I didn't live with him at home, I actually saw more of him than my mom did. I worked with him all day. But, our relationship was totally different.
We've also already witnessed one miracle today -- my mom and my grandparents and aunt are getting along. That's highly unusual.
It's wonderful when good things come in the midst of a bad situation. Glad to hear people are getting along. Also glad to hear that you are eating and resting. Hang in there.
