This is a toughie. Let me think here. Give me a minute.

Oh Yeah

TAMMY

And yes I am in love but he's not a doctor. (if you don't get this you are too young---doesn't that make you feel good)

And no cracks about us "old" people

well there seems to be a little confusion with the names here. I call Marsha Maaaasshhhaaa since folks from Bastan do not use or pronouce the letter R.
Glo I call glo and a few other names in chat often:D I have called her GLORIA on occasion when she has caused me to loose my temper or patience. Most of you know that rarely happens with me so I do not care if I have permission or not.;) lolololol..........

For the youngsters:

I hear the cottonwoods whisp'rin' above
Tammy! Tammy! Tammy's in love
The ole hootie owl hootie-hoo's to the dove
Tammy! Tammy! Tammy's in love
Does my darling feel what I feel
When he comes near
My heart beats so joyfully
You'd think that he could hear
Wish I knew if he knew what I'm dreaming of
Tammy! Tammy! Tammy's in love

Whippoorwill, whippoorwill, you and I know
Tammy! Tammy! Can't let him go
The breeze from the bayou keeps murmuring low
Tammy! Tammy! You love him so
When the night is warm, soft and warm
I long for his charms
I'd sing like a violin
If I were in his arms
Wish I knew if he knew what I'm dreaming of
Tammy, Tammy, Tammy's in love

John, I'm reaaaaally close to Tammy's age, and I don't know this song. Who sings it? :D

I think it was Debbie Reynolds? Or Doris Day? Someone in that time period. Am I right John? My mom used to sing it to my cousin.

Right the first time.. it was Debbie Reynolds and she starred in the original movie.. I know I am old.. lolololol
