Could anyone recognize this BGM played in HK Disneyland?

This question has been stuck in my head for quite awhile. I've heard a piece of background music at the Park Promenade at Hong Kong Disneyland multiple times, yet I can't seem to figure out which song is that.

It's being played in the background in this youtube video.

Could anyone recognize what song is this? I would really like to find out.

I couldn't recognize it at first, but I think it's an arrangement of "When Somebody Loved Me" from Toy Story 2. It was fun to watch this video. Thank you for sharing it!
