Coud someone make me a tshirt design?

I hope this is the right spot to post. I'm not even sure that you guys do these sort of things. I'm looking to make DH a birthday tshirt. I'm thinking of something that says "Birthday boy Jon is 36" or something similar to it that maybe sounds better. Maybe with grumpy or a mickey head. Thanks if you can help.

I know he's 36, but does he like anything with Cars. Here's what I'm thinking...

I'm 35 and I think I would wear it. Of course, I also have a 3 year old that like Cars too.

These are great guys. Thanks. Now can someone tell me how to isolate the design so I can print it out? This is the first time I've done it. DH knows how to but I figure if I ask him it would ruin the suprise.

What ever program you use to open the image with should have a print option. It is usually found under "file", top left of the screen. Just be sure to run a test on a regular piece of paper 1st. just to make sure the image is the way you want it. You dont want to ruin a transfer.
