i just printed the C25K training list and week 3 has you speeding for 200 yards 3x the first week! Brisk five-minute warmup walk, then do two repetitions of the following:
Jog 200 yards (or 90 seconds)
Walk 200 yards (or 90 seconds)
Jog 400 yards (or 3 minutes)
Walk 400 yards (or three minutes)
I dont want to be obsessive or anything...
Thanks for the support and encouragement, this is a mental challenge as much as it is a physical one - I have the memories of how hard and how far 13.1 miles - - and I'm really not in the place to do that - I want to quit... each and every day!
