Where does the extra wear and tear come in?

We always have to move the furniture around when we are in a studio. Why are you opposed to moving chairs and tables out of the way?

Anyone who uses a fold out has to move furniture.

How about not unfolding the couch? Can someone just sleep on it without pulling it out? Then there would be plenty of room for a cot/air mattress.

Our youngest DS used to sleep on the love seat at OKW all the time. He can't do that now as he is too tall, but not sure who is going with you and their size.
