Cot in room for child just 3

Was asking for connecting rooms this morning on phone to Disney and wanted to order a cot for my niece age 3 in January but CM said there was no option for this cos shes 3! It wouldnt come up on his screen! Can we ask at reception at Hotel Cheyenne when we get there?

Going beginning of March- the nearer we get the more questions I have!! This board is brilliant thanks to all the people working on it and all the posters!!

I log on first thing every morning then every hour during the day, my DH thinks Im mad!!!

under 3s get a cot other than that I think they are expected to take up bed space...not sure but its probably to stop having too many people to one room??????
Someone will be along in a minute to let you know, hopefully you can get a cot though!

as she is 3, why cant she just sleep in a bed with a bed guard?!

By March might she not be excited to sleep in a big girl bed? Otherwise I expect the hotel will oblige, it's just that their system won't let them book it at the moment.
