Does anyone know the policy on this?

We are doing Epcot on Halloween and are dressing up as characters from inside out. No masks - just painted hair (or a wig if we cant get the color right) and normal clothes for the most part. Just want to know if this will be a problem...

Official policy is no costumes on adults outside of the MNSSHP, but it's kind of up to the CMs what crosses the line. It's possible they won't challenge it, especially if you're just doing colored hair and normal clothes, though if you look too much like the characters, they won't let you. That's why the policy exists, to keep other guests from thinking you are an official Disney character. You may well get away with it, but technically it is not allowed.

That's what I thought... Technically we couldn't look TOO much like the characters because I;m a woman and going as Anger , and DBF is going as Joy. (matches our personalities)

I'm thinking they may see this as more Disney bounding or "show your disney side"

I don't think they will challenge you as long as you will not be mistaken for Disney cast members. I do not believe they will allow masks, but you are not using masks.

I don't think you'll have a problem, given what you've described. The CM might remind you not to sign autographs or take photos with other guests.
