We will be heading to Disneyland in october for my DD's first birthday it will be her second trip and my DS who's 3's 4th trip. This will be our first time going to Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween partya nd we are soooo excited  We're planning on dressing up as a Peter Pan Theme as a Family. My hubby as Peter, my self as either Wendy or Princess Tiger Lilly, my son as Captian hook, and baby girl as tinker bell. I'm going to get the hubby and my costumes together before going btu I'm wondering if there will be a big costume selection to buy in the park for the kids. I'm not sure if there will be tinker bell costumes small enough for a 1 year old ( Mind you she is pretty big and would probably wear more of a 24 months). So can any one let me know what the costume selection will be like in the park in october? Thanks !!!!

Have you checked ebay. They have lots of costumes and there might be one for a baby. Plus it will probably save you $$. Kudos for you for getting your dh to dress up. My hubby will have nothing to do with it.

Check your local mall - our Disney Store here was seriously discounting costumes that I think were from last year, CM said they were making room for all the new stuff that will be in store soon!!

We picked up a tink costume for our baby (12-18 mo size) for $9.99 !!! :cool1:

Ours had pretty random sizes, but they were still all good! Great prices!! Maybe check on the disney online store too - I wonder if you could have them delivered to the hotel?? (maybe someone can confirm that?)

Side Note: When are you going?? What date are you heading to the party? Driving or flying? We are making the long haul on the road :thumbsup2

I too would recommend the Disney store or eBay, but Wal-Mart also tends to have Disney costumes around Halloween. Just about any place in the universe will be cheaper than inside the resort, so I wouldn't wait :rotfl2:. I also think it's awesome you can get your DH to dress up! I think you are going to have a great time.

Thanks guys I will totally check out ebay! We just moved to a pretty small town so we no longer have a Disneystore near by I'll look at walmart too I'm just skeptical about the quality. I may still get some at the park though just because it will make them extra special :). We're going to be flying and are going to the oct 18th halloween party! I am so excited it looks like so much fun I've never been at Halloween! I know my hubby is a super goof sport about dressing up we've got to find him some big green tights haha he's really tall so we'll see how that goes! :) He's Disney crazy just like me so he's excited for our family to be all dressed up and actually my 3 year old son picked the costume ideas since he wanted to be captain hook we figured it was a perfect idea for a family costume idea. My parents are actually flying from Edmonton and meeting us there and I told them to join in the group costume too but thier not as fun haha!

The little tinker bell outfit at the park is beautiful!! I believe it's 59.99 if it's the same as the outfits. It looked like it came around 24 months.:goodvibes

We're going on the same Halloween party night for the first time too we are SUPER excited!!!

When we were are DLR in May I remember that they had little tink costumes becuase DD10 ooh'd and ahh'd over how cute they were.
