Costumes for MNSSHP??

I've been searching high and low for costumes for MNSSHP and I'm having a hard time finding the costumes my children want. My son wants the 'Cars" pit crew costume on the Disney shopping website but I'm wondering if he'll roast like a Thanksgiving turkey in it during the warm weather in Orlando. My daughter wants a Minnie costume (preferably red and white or pink and white) but I cannot find a costume in her size ANYWHERE!! She is a size 8. I don't want to pay a multitude of shipping fees by buying costumes from various on-line stores so I'm trying to find all of the costumes at one place.I would also like there costumes to be cool enough to wear during October weather in Orlando, but they also need to work for Halloween in Ontario, which can be frigid at times. Any suggestions?
