Costume suggestions please

We need ideas for our infant son's Halloween costume at MNSSHP the end of October. When we took our older boys a couple of years ago, it never occured to us that Florida was hotter than Pennsylvania (DUH!) at Halloween.
I felt so bad for them sweating in their polyester (not to mention long sleeved, long pants) Jack Sparrow costumes.
I do not want the same thing to happen to the baby but he does love it when his brothers dress him in costumes. He will be celebrating his 1st Birthday there and he will be wearing about an 18 months size then. Does anyone have any experience or suggestions for a costume appropriate to Florida weather?

We're heading to Disney next week for MNSSHP and my DS18 months will be wearing a lightweight pirate costume. (DD4 will be Tinkerbell and DS3 will be Peter Pan). All the costumes are light enough that they will not be too hot but warm enough for nightime. I had a hard time finding a cute pirate for DS, not Captian Jack which seems to be all over. I finally found it at Party City for a great price! I can layer it over sweats for Halloween when it will be chillier.
We learned the hard last year way when I dressed DS , 6 months at the time, as a lion. It was a sweatshirt/pant outfit with attached tail and a lion's mane sewn around the hood. The poor baby was sooo hot I had to take it off!
I planned much better this year!

What about one of the Incredibles? On the Disney Store site they have some cute jammies that could work. It wouldn't be too heavy for Florida in the evening and could then just be jammies at home.
