Costume ideas for Villains Unleashed

Looking for Villain costume ideas for 9 year old and 11 year old boys. Keeping in mind that it's August and unreasonably hot. I also can't make anything. Not that talented!

Mr. Smee seems like an easy idea but I can't have two of them! Any ideas?

There are costume tees at Disney Store dot com, they could be Buzz and Woody from Toy Story. Assuming they still wear kids sizes they are on sale for $12.95 or 2/$20. Just add matching shorts and it's a great choice for hot weather.
