Costs of Pre-Paids

Is there a place (link) that provides the costs for the various pre-paids? The amounts are not on the confirmation e-mails from Disney, and I'm having trouble matching up amounts on my credit card with my ADRs.

There's a sticky at the top of the Dining main board with the prices for prepaid meals and fixed price meals.
