Does anybody know when Costco will release their Disney packages for 2023? I have been stalking their website daily and all of their packages currently go until December 31 22.

It depends on what package you chose. You can get a non-refundable for a lower price but fully refundable aka contract rate(s) packages are also available.

The price difference varies by resort and room type. But I just checked the new Swan Reserve for Oct. and the difference between a non-refundable and a fully refundable package was $198 difference.

Official Swan Reserve policy - A one-night cancellation fee will apply for no-shows, cancellations or date changes made within five days prior to arrival for travel Apr. 13 - Dec. 23, 2022. A one-night cancellation fee will apply for no-shows, cancellations or date changes made within 14 days prior to arrival for travel Dec. 24 - Dec. 31, 2022.

They FINALLY changed their dates (on SOME of the resorts) to include all of 2023 but so far this morning the site still won't let me start pricing things out because it tells me its only good through the end of this year.
I'm assuming they will figure it out very soon so I can FINALLY figure out when we are going to go.

Same here... I randomly popped on to check them again. Saw the same thing - packages look like they are available, now through 12/31/2023. But when I enter my dates, it comes up as not available since the package ends 2022. Hmmm...

Unsure but if doing DLR we were able to purchase in late February! Really enjoyed going through Costco!

Book my 2023 trip for 3 rooms, I had to call and talk to a representative but they were able to book the 3 rooms which are under different names on Saturday. Now that is done, let the planning begin!

I've seen some posts of FB stating that people sometimes have issues with Costco reservations, so now I'm a little nervous. Are they reliable? I'd only book tickets and hotel (not airfare). Would I be able to link my tickets in MDE? Would my hotel check in work with text notification, and magic band door unlocking?

I am looking at booking the Swan for late January through Costco. Is there a way to just book the room? The tickets are never refundable, correct?

I haven't found a way to just book the room. And yes, based on looking at the refund amounts, it looks like the tickets aren't refundable. They're probably treated like regular Disney tickets where you enter them into your MDE account and either use for the chosen dates or get credit for them on future date tickets.

Correct with Costo you are ordering a package that includes tickets. You can cancel the package for a refund but you own the WDW tickets.

If you want a room only you should call In-house reservations at the Swan / Dolphin directly at: Dolphin Operator: 407-934-4000, Swan Operator: 407-934-3000 and ask for in-house reservations.
