I too think it would be worth it. At least as it is a free night to check it out. We buy our toilet paper there and paper towels, trash bags, chicken, milk, etc.Costco is awesome. Gift cards or not. I'd totally go. I buy a lot of staples there, (butter milk and especially meat), dog food and they have tons of great Christmas gifts.
Didn't they just do that though in early September? And that have to be purchased by December 1st...so really though it's a limited time deal to get people in DLR versus a normal we sell Disney gift cards (which is what the OP was asking about) versus a discounted pass type thing. We're in southern ca and we have Ca adventure season passes! So I think it depends on your location.

Does costco sell discounted Visa Giftcards?
Our Costco gas is usually 10 cents to 20 cents cheaper; sometimes only 5 cents cheaper. It's extremely rare for the gas to be 25 to 30 cents cheaper for our two store locations on my side of the state line in my area. So the gas savings will def. vary by location with a lot of variables coming into play.I find Costco's gas is always $0.25-0.30/gallon cheaper than the nearby big brand gas stations.
