Costco-water-universal tickets

So I am thinking about ordering water from costco online and having it delivered to POP. Has anyone done this?
Also, during my search on the costco website, I noticed they have universal tickets for 43usd's. Has anyone purchased these before?
One week from today I can hardly wait
