Have you booked through Costco? I've been paying off our upcoming trip incrementally, and this morning when I went to make a payment, the system was "unable to locate a reservation" for me.
I called the number provided and spoke to a supervisor...who told me my reservation was no longer available online and they have no idea why. They have a record of all of my payments, but I can no longer access it through their web site. She told me this has been known to happen, they don't know why, and for the most part, once it does happen, it never comes back online. So, now I get to call them each time to make a payment.
I know it says "Costco Travel" when you go to the site, but the URL is go.disney.com/somethingorother which just makes me crazy. Disney! You have all the money in the world! WHY can't you build web sites that actually function?
