I always shop at Costco and yesterday I decided to give the Grand Asian Salad in the refrigerator room a try. It's shredded red and green cabbage, sesame ginger and orange dressing, soy nuts, dried pineapple and chow mein noodles. Wow was it good!
Looks like I need a trip to Costco. Thanks for the review. I'm always afraid of buying stuff like that and having it be awful.
Let me know how you like it? I bought a second bag for supper tonight.
About how many people would this package serve as a side dish? We are having a birthday party for my DS who is turning 4. I'm planning to order a 3 foot sub and I was going to make a pasta salad, but if this is really good...it's so much less work! I'm already planning on ordering a cake from Costco so it wouldn't even be a special trip

Thanks for the post. I usually by the Grand Parisian salad at Costco and love it. Looks like I'll be giving the Grand Asian salad a try. Maybe topped with grilled chicken breast to make a full dinner? YUM!

Grand Parisian is (if I leave anything out, don't kill me ):
Romaine, baby spinach, mesclun, raddichio, etc. and comes with a packet of a citrusy creamy, slightly sweet dressing, packet of dried cranberries, packet of walnuts (?) and packet of very very mild dry-ish feta. Whatever you like, you throw in the bowl and mix it up. Voila, dinner (or part of dinner) is served
