We booked a wish cruise through Costco and have not gotten any communications or mailings from DCL. No initial packet, no luggage tags, no nothing. When we called DCL, they said they sent everything to Costco. When we called Costco, they said they haven't received anything.
Is this a common problem? Any ideas on how to fix it for future sailings?
