costco members great rate with budget 1/31-2/5

For those that have costco memberships and travel plans on the horizon, I just got a great rate with Budget through costco

$98 for 5 days two hours - ALL TAXES AND FEES INCLUDED

I would say that now I can stop looking, but I won't (stop looking)

If I could get an Alamo, walk to the garage rate for $110 or less, I would cancel this.

I'm not sure I've ever rented from Budget before.
Can you pre-register and walk to the garage?
And is extra driver included with Budget?

Thanks for the tip on the great rate - I just booked and got 6 days for $87 including all taxes and fees, cancelled my other reservation which was for $180

We got a great rate with budget in Dec using a Costco code too! We joined fastbreak which meant that we could walk right out to the garage, but because it was our first rental with them, they still needed to take our info and print out our paperwork. They said that next time the paperwork will already be printed and waiting for us.

There is a booth when you get to the garage that is dedicated to fastbreak members. That's where you get your paperwork and they tell you what stall to get your car from. It was pretty quick even with the paperwork needing to be completed.

As for the extra driver, spouses are always included at Budget. If its someone else, I'm not sure whether Costcp rates included extra drivers or not.

Yes, you have to show your Costco card when you check in.

And FYI - I just went a rebooked and now have it for $92.60
